We reserve the right to ship your item via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS.
We collect Sales Tax for CA Residents.
- We offer a 30 day return policy for defective products or exchanges.
- All items sold as MUST be returned in the same brand new condition, factory sealed and unused, open boxes can only be exchanged.
- All returned items for refund may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges).
- Return Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable.
- In case of a defective product, Safewireless.com will not be held liable for any labor costs incurred, whether it be for installation, uninstallation, or repair.
- All returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturer's packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories (any item returned with missing accessories may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee).
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
- You must email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
- Please keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.
- Parrot Car Kits comes with an exclusive Safewireless 2-year warranty.
- Safewireless is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
- Safewireless reserves the right to disallow an order based on a price mistake.
